The ability to manage specialty projects requires extraordinary insight.

When looking back over the past 30 years, I realized that I matured vocationally through my experience in the Emergency Response (ER) and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) fields. From being on call 24-7-365 to coordinating, responding and overseeing special projects throughout nights, weekends and holidays, I learned quickly that this work required detailed systems and planning in order to facilitate the personnel and resources dispatched to each incident. It also needed a unique core group of personnel with coordination from key suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to rise to each challenging call. Over a short period, we became extremely efficient at remediating all types of ER and EHS projects.

Moreso, we soon realized the necessity and our capability to maximize corrective actions from the onset of a  chemical release in order to minimize long term environmental impacts. Our teamwork and proficiency at solving such a wide range of complex EHS matters turned our initial start-up company (Trans Environmental) into a full-service, turnkey operation. We were equipped to cover the initial ER and remediation issues and then see each project through investigation, design & engineering, permitting, contracting, restoration, and the closure mandated by regulatory agencies.

Our work laid the foundation and our detailed documentation established the footings for the countless No Further Remediation (NFR) letters we generated. Many of the NFRs allowed for the seamless business continuity for property transactions. The commitment to due diligence at every step of the process provided the transparency required to satisfy regulatory agencies, and all services were delivered with strict adherence to safety.
